I bought a used RAV4 last week and I was not happy with it I went in at one price and ended up with another because they put car jack and something else on it the CD player doesn't even work on it and they said everything was working I will never ever go back to this place or every recommend it to anyoneDissatisfied with used car purchase

We are a family owned business. We've been in business for 100 years. We are upfront with our pricing fully disclosed on our web site. No used vehicle is perfect. From a safety stand point, we do not cut corners.
No response- Poor communication
No response from sales team or through online contact form. Waited almost a week. Inquired about a used 2015 Toyota Land Cruiser. Does not recommend.

We pride ourselves on customer service. Obviously this was not handled correctly. My sincere apology for poor communication. I will address the importance of good follow up in my next sales meeting.
My 2022 GMC2500 was returned from service and now it
My 2022 GMC2500 was returned from service and now it won’t start. Beyond feeling frustrated and like my truck and the servicing dealership are less than reliable I was late to work. When I dropped my truck off for service to install components that were missing from 2022, it’s July 2023, they said they would be happy to drop me off and pick up at my place of employment. The drop off was not an issue, but they were not able to pick me up despite proving me with a text of my ET for pick up on my truck. They response was you can get an Uber. I have to say, the commercials that claim valuable customer doesn’t speak real loud to me at this point. This is the second $75,000+ truck I’ve purchased from this dealership. Back to my truck’s dashboard, it looks like a Christmas tree with multicolored light everywhere, and the battery is essentially drained. So, I imagine the work to get to the missing hoses left some mixed up backtracking. Either way, realizing mistakes happen, normally I would not be writing a negative review, but compounded with my feeling less than “valued” as a customer, unless I’m willing choosing to overspend on a vehicular, I’m not real thrilled. We did all that we could do. The battery went dead. Batteries are very difficult to determine when they will fail. We provided roadside assistance to this customer.
Saw a single lady coming in with a two year old car, and
Saw a single lady coming in with a two year old car, and they got me- with 10,600 miles I guess I should’ve have needed a service on my combustion chamber or valve train- $386.00. Brakes flushed and new fluid $186.00. Replace passenger compartment air filter- $94.50. Anyway I spent $1002.00. Won’t see me there again.

I am sorry for your sentiment. Please understand that we treat all of our customers with the respect that they deserve and never try to take advantage of our customers. We make suggestions as to what the vehicle being repaired needs and give our customer the option of doing the work or not. Lazy sales guy, filthy vehicle
Went to test drive a Honda CR-V they had last Sunday. It had been listed for a month, now I know why lol. I was really excited to see it in person and drive it...but was absolutely FILTHY inside. I didn't even test drive it because I didn't want to touch the shifter that was caked with dirty no clue what it was buildup. It only had one owner for personal use, but clearly the owner was an absolute slob. To each their own. But the dealership has got to detail it before putting it out for sale. So embarrassing, seriously. The wireless charging area for your phone had this greasy/oil stuff all over it. In between the back seats there was mustard packets and dried old food. The back seat pull down drink holder was gross too, old mask, crumbs, sticky soda spray galore. This wasn't a touch up after a sale type dirty, it was unacceptable to be on the lot like that. The sales guy shrugged it off as " sometimes the detailer does a good job, sometimes he does a not so good job." They didn't even clean it. Maybe a half xxx vacuum and trash throw out when they first got it, but it was NOT cleaned at all. 32k for a filthy vehicle, no thank you! I know they had just opened at noon on a Sunday, but the sales guy didn't even care about trying to keep me there or apologize for the vehicle being so gross. Just because it's a Buick mainly dealership, doesn't mean other brands can be sold without any care put into them.

We e-mailed Denise Walker about a car and decided to go look unannounced. She made time for us between her other appointments, had our car prepped, ready and full of gas in about 2 1/2 hours. my wife was delighted. Also best price in town.

Working with Peter Worth was a pleasant experience. With our past experiences buying a vehicle was a very long and dragged drawn out ordeal. First and foremost, Peter showed us the respect and care for our needs and not just looking at us as a dollar sign. We told him what we were looking for in our price range and was helpful in making that happen. We knew what type of vehicle were were after and Peter was again helpful in not getting us over our head with a high payment. Thank you Coulter Cadillac for a very pleasant experience.

Our experience was good. Not happy with the amount they gave me for a trade in or the price of the vehicle. I did my homework on my vehicle and on the vehicle we were purchasing. Tempe Coulter was dropping the price of the vehicle every week and I think if we would have walked out, they would have called me back with the price I wanted to purchase it and the amount for my trade in. My wife loved the car so we bought it. It was a good experience there at Tempe Coulter and hope to do more business with them when I buy a new truck.

I had THE BEST experience with Coulter Roadside Assistance because Tom was my guy and showed up early, delivered honest and helpful feedback & turned something super stressful to deal with into something that was done in less than a couple of hours, hassle free and beyond professional and kind! I HIGHLY recommend Tom from Coulter Roadside Assistance for any of your roadside needs. Tom deserves all the praise, promotions and raises as he was the most honest Cadillac technician I have ever encountered. I've owned a Cadillac since 2012 living in 3 different states and most ALL the Cadillac service technicians I have dealt with will do everything to upsell, charge extra, etc. and it's a disgusting tactic that is still used even in 2022 to scare and gaslight women into paying upwards of 100's of dollars for repairs they simply don't need. Tom set an awesome example for any of the bottom feeding service technicians who will say anything to get more $ out of their customers. TOM IS THE REAL MVP!!!!!!
