I really enjoyed my buying experience at Coulter Tempe....

I really enjoyed my buying experience at Coulter Tempe. The salesman I worked with, Shawn, was excellent at every stage of the process. No high pressure. Shawn Zingali gave the information I needed to make a decision on a new GMC truck, gave me a fair price and fair trade in value for my trade in. Great experience and I would recommend Coulter and Shawn to friends. Enjoyed working with the finance department and accessories departments as well.

Good Sales person, bad Closing with finance

My Sale went fine with sales & my Salesman was great, but then I was kept waiting for 2 or more hours to sign all the papers. I cannot understand why there is only one person that can do the signing. Seems to me You could have Several people to generate the papers & have the finance manager approve them & have sales or others to do the signing and have the manager verify & approve.. This was the second car I bought from Coulter & the second time I have had to wait 2 or more hours to sign & finish. Why??????

Used SUV for business

I wanted to thank Jana Darling, the salesperson of my vehicle purchase. She had kept in contact with continuously looking for the right size SUV with low miles for my business. Jana was extremely professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It was the easiest and best purchase experience I have ever had at a car dealership, and I have purchased a lot of vehicles. Everyone at the dealership, from Jana Darling to manager Brian, to finance Brian, and the service staff made my purchase and easy and friendly process.

Courteous and Efficient - Know their stuff!

I went into Coulter Cadillac, located in Tempe, Arizona with a friend looking at small SUV’s. Dan Boardman met us quickly in front of the dealership. Dan showed us the differences in the XT4, XT5 and XT6 vehicles. Once I decided the XT5 would be the best sized vehicle for me, Dan took us on a short test drive and showed us all the XT5. We left that day and I went home to speak with my husband about the XT5. Went into the dealership again a few days later and Dan explained everything again in a patient and pleasant manner. Went home to think again and then returned to the dealership and purchased the XT5 with the assistance of mark Turner. Efficient, professional and good customer service. Thank you

MR. IRIONS IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. WE CALLED HIM AHEAD OF TIME, WE TOLD HIM WHAT WE WANTED AND HE WAS PREPARED FOR US WITH OUR REQUEST AND EVEN WORKED US IN FOR A SERVICE TO MY CAR. THIS IS OUR SECOND NEW CAR WE BUY FROM COULTER AND IT IS BECAUSE WE WERE TREATED WITH DECENCY AND PROMPTLY BY MR. CANDYMAN. THANK HIM FOR US. HE IS A GREAT GUY.

Self Service

My husband and I went in on a Sunday close to closing time. No appeared to be around, we went inside Jana D a Salesperson was there. We advised her what we were looking for, she did not appear to be very anxious to assist but did due to my husband requested to speak with the Sales manager Brian. We sat down went over inventory on line, narrowed down to 2 vehicles. They provided us with the print outs that had pricing and the stock numbers. Jana didn't even walk us to the show us the cars. My husband and I walked out and said "it must be self service"
