Great renovation to service area

Overall very good service accommodating. Staff probably needs more help given how busy they get-the space Is clean and social distancing followed well - very clean

Efficient, reliable service as always. I’ve been going here for years and there is a continuous commitment to give excellent service. Aubrey assisted me this time and was very good.

WARNING! This service department is rude and completely...

WARNING! This service department is rude and completely incompetent, do not bring your vehicle here! I brought my car in to check on a steering wheel noise, and the customer service agent falsely reported that I said I had been in an accident. I have never been in an accident with this car and I never said that I had. When I asked them to correct the false report that service agent made, I was sent to Jill the service department manager. Jill started arguing with me and showed me a Carfax document that reported the car was in an accident in January 2019. I did not even own the car in January 2019, I purchased the vehicle in June 2020. When I showed Jill proof I purchased the car in June 2020, she got visibly angry and was aggressively arguing with me in the middle of the showroom. She then accused me of asking them to illegally change a legal document, which was also completely false. I cannot trust any service department that employs someone the is lying, aggressive, incompetent, and rude. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, you will have better success banging your head against a brick wall.

Huge disappointment

Very poor customer service. Untrustworthy staff, do not care about customer satisfaction. Are not interested in solving problems after the sell. Salesmen all the way up to the General manger provided poor service.

Tire change and multi-inspection

Branden was fantastic and had great customer service. He made sure I got all needed services Honda. Furthermore, he communicated with me throughout this transaction to ensure I was informed about the parts that I was going to need for my car. Thanks!!
