Great Experience
I have been to a few dealerships to check out different vehicles. When I stopped ay Daytona Mazda I left with a new Mazda 3 touring car. Everyone was so helpful, no pressure, outstanding staff. Untruths
I was told the VW I purchased had been serviced and certified. NOT true the oil and filter had not been changed or attended to and was a quart low and extremely dirty. The detailing was not satisfactory. The areas I pointed out that needed cleaning was never touched even I was told they would be. I signed a document saying I would be introduced to the service department. That didn't happen either. In closing the purchase all was well until we declined the extended warranty. The friendliness disappeared by the finance person. It's buyer beware when dealing with Daytona Mazda. I had previously given a good review to the dealership before some of my complaints as mentioned came to light.

Chris is the best!
Chris Bice was the best. Seemed to be honest and did not waste my time! He listened and made the experiance much more pleasurable than it normally is. In the future he is the only one I would deal with when buying another SUV! I would highly recommend the dealership based on Chris.

Small dealership without all the hassle
We had been looking for a compact SUV for months and had visited some of the bigger dealerships in the area. After being aggressively pressured into buying higher priced models, I was pleasantly surprised by the service we received at Daytona Mazda. Rather than a fleet of hungry sales people waiting to pounce, we got personal service without the pressure. We noted what we wanted in a car and what we wanted in the price and they worked with us to get us the car we wanted, even paying us more than the value of our trade. I am beyond pleased with the buying experience and the car is just what I was looking for. Overall we had a great experience.

2016 Mazda 3 hatchback PERFECT
I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 hatchback. Joe M. Was salesman and his twin brother Robert M. was a delight. Joe was not available to close to the deal however Keith R. executed the sale perfectly. I would recommend purchasing a car from Daytona Mazda. The staff is a enjoyable. Leah the sales representative, Chris the sales manager and Dick Dickerson. I had only been to the dealership 3 times. Once to view the car, second to place a deposit and third to pick up the car. I learned everyone's name before the third visit. The first and second time I had only been in there for know more than 10 minutes. I highly recommend.

Staff were amazing
I did not expect to walk out of the dealership with a vehicle. I spent some time deciding on the value, and the staff worked with me to make the decision easier. The process was quick, and I was very satisfied. I will be back to upgrade, it's just a matter of time!
