Best Service
The service at Daytona Mazda continues to be excellent. We've been taking our Miata there for a couple of years and have always left with good feelings about the service. Scheduling on short notice was wonderful, service techs (Steve) did a nice job explaining the issues, Dana was great helping with communications and customer care. I should also mention Dorne Fisher, who made the check out experience fun and efficient. This is the best Service Department we've had experience with.

Very Happy! Except...
Very helpful staff and I love my new car! We were able to make a deal in a short amount of time. However, my interest rate was different than what we negotiated but I did not notice it until after I signed. Just wish they would have told me before that the interest rate was changing, I am assuming it was because I added gap insurance and exterior/interior protection, just wish I was provided all the info. Great staff nonetheless.

Thank you for helping me stay a loyal MAZDA driver. You gave me a deal I couldn't pass up and...I love my newer version of the Mazda 6 Touring. Awesome car at and awesome price. Had gone to several dealers prior to seeing you that day and well...I came back to Mazda. Richard was a very friendly and helpful salesman and the sales manager made me feel as if I was an important client. The only reason I did not give 5 STARS was the service was slow that day and I spent too much time waiting around.

Very pleased!
I was very pleased with my buying experience at Daytona Mazda. I expected games and high pressure but Chris Bice and I quickly agreed on a total drive out price. There were no surprises in the finance department and the price was very reasonable. I had planned to purchase the 2016 Club model but after I received the initial pricing, I was able to purchase the Grand Touring model for just a few hundred dollars more. After the sale, I discovered a small blemish on the trunk. I returned to the dealership the following day and Randy Hamel promptly took care of it.

Best car buying experience we have ever had!
We would like to thank everybody that assisted us in our purchase! Carlos "Chef" has found his calling! He made our experience pleasant, as well as fun! He sold us our CX 5 even though we were not planning on purchasing at that time! 😳 Job well done and we love our new car! Liz was a gem, as was Jose! You have a great crew representing Daytona Mazda! We had the opportunity to deal with service, as well. They too, were very professional and courteous! I believe, Dana was her name! The gentlemen that assisted us in wrapping up our deal through finance were real gems too! Thank you all!

Was Not Car Shopping
I went to the dealership to have some work done on my lease. However, I had been very interested in the CX3 for a while. While sitting in the service dept., I noticed the CX3 in the lot and it was also in the color red, which is what I wanted. So I went outside to check it out. After a minute I was approached by Mazda's agent, Al Ross and it went from there. He showed me the vehicle, addressed my concerns and quickly put together a deal. I felt comfortable about the whole experience. Loved my CX5 and now love myCX3. They are wonderful cars. Everyone was very nice and it was a good experience
