New car purchase

Easiest new car purchase ever made in my 70 years. Very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and all around great staff. A most pleasant experience and not one I usually look forward to.

The CX-5 Grand Touring Rocks!

The employees were outstanding! I have nothing but great things to say about the overall purchase. Upfront, attentive, timely and professional. Will not hesitate to recommend to others.

Excellent customer service!!

I recently purchased a Mazda at Daytona Mazda and was extremely satisfied with Al Ross and the team at the dealership. Their customer service was a pleasure to experience. Al was very helpful and informative regarding the features of the CX5 and was a delight in the purchase of our new car. I will recommend him and the dealership to all of my friends!!

Most wonderful experience ever

Excellent service!

Daytona Mazda is a GREAT dealership! I went there, not even having intentions to buy a car that day, just getting options and my salesman, Al Ross stood by my side until I got the car I wanted. He was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond for me. Same with my finance man, Bernard Tolton. Gave us awesome deals! I couldn't be more happy with my brand new 2016 car. Everyone there was very nice and took excellent care of me. I definitely would recommend the whole Mazda team for any vehicle purchase. I promise you, you won't be disappointed!

Awesome!

Richard Dickerson and Carlos Marrero are great! They were both extremely patient and went above and beyond to help me find the best vehicle to fit my needs! This was the fastest and easiest be chicle purchase I have made. I would highly recommend the whole Mazda team for any vehicle purchase Mazda or not!

Good job, service department!

Came in for regularly scheduled service (oil change/tire rotation) and was informed that mileage & initial inspection of car indicated that automatic transmission & front brakes servicing should also be done; had several coupons from Mazda from which Randy determined the one that would provide best benefits which was $100 off on bill of over $600; was very satisfied with the high level of communication he provided throughout the visit even though he was handling many customers due to covering for Dana who was out sick; met Carl (service manager) who was very friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable which increased my confidence in the quality of the servicing that Daytona Mazda could provide. Wait time was long however due to extra items done so I was caught up in rush-hour traffic upon leaving---ugh!
