Good job, service department!
Came in for regularly scheduled service (oil change/tire rotation) and was informed that mileage & initial inspection of car indicated that automatic transmission & front brakes servicing should also be done; had several coupons from Mazda from which Randy determined the one that would provide best benefits which was $100 off on bill of over $600; was very satisfied with the high level of communication he provided throughout the visit even though he was handling many customers due to covering for Dana who was out sick; met Carl (service manager) who was very friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable which increased my confidence in the quality of the servicing that Daytona Mazda could provide. Wait time was long however due to extra items done so I was caught up in rush-hour traffic upon leaving---ugh!

I love my new Mazda 6
The staff was helpful and curtiouse making my car buying experience great!!!!! I love my 2016 Mazda 6 GT it is fun to drive. As my kids will tell you it goes zoom zoom.....which I love.

Chris Bice is THE salesman to deal with!!!!
Chris was great to work with! Always a quick response and was very helpful and let me know what could be done and what couldn't. I don't mind paying a little more for honesty and upfront service. I will be returning for future business with Chris in the future. Mazda and Daytona Mazda should be very happy having Chris represent their product.

Dylan was great - but he needs to be a little more polished on knowing the product. I feel knew more about the Mazda CX-9 basics than he did. However he was great in knowing the cool technologies that drove the sale - I am a tech guy, I can definitely relate.

Good Experience

I don't believe my visit to Daytona Mazda could have turned out any better. Al Ross did an excellent job of informing me about the vehicles, and was very helpful in answering all my questions. He and the entire Mazda team did everything they could to ensure that I had a pleasant experience...and I left with a car that I absolutely love!

Easiest shopping experience
Josh was very diligent and patient in pulling out a variety of cars for me to make a selection. My vehicle was stolen in May and later totaled, so this was a very traumatic time for me. I have not driven a Mazda since my 1986 B2000 manual transmission truck I took from my dad in high school. I knew I loved the truck, but had no idea what I wanted in a car/SUV. I test drove a Mazda 3 (manual), Mazda CX3 and a Mazda 6, while looking at a Mazda 3 in hatchback. The guys (Josh and general manager Rob) searched diligently for a Mazda 6 in the deep blue with black interior, but there are none currently available. Instead of waiting on a 8-12 week build time, I went ahead and purchased the Mazda 6 in automatic. The car is fun to drive, the staff was wonderful to work with and they have the spirit of teamwork down! Would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Mazda or just looking for better gas mileage! I look forward to many years in my new 6 and lots of mileage, so it may be a while before I'm in the market for a new vehicle again... but, who knows?

"Great service"
In the past we purchased several new cars, but never had a better service than what we received at the Daytona Mazda dealership! Chis Bice is an excellent sales representative, knowledgeable of the product, honest, trust worthy - he done everything what he promised- and he "walked the extra mile" to satisfy our needs. Actually, every person on the team was very friendly and accommodating. Two thumbs up for Chris and to the Daytona Mazda team!
