You sell a good product, and your salesforce knows it.
You sell a good product, and your salesforce knows it. I approached two salespersons who did not want to deal with me before they sent me to Shekhar. Shekhar came across as a man who is waiting for his retirement and could not care less for the customer. I have heard good things about Lexus's customer focus, but this was far below what I expected. I am happy with the car though.

I received great service from Shannon the salesman and
I received great service from Shannon the salesman and the dealership. The dealership worked with me and my own lender. I asked for an inch and they gave me more. I appreciate the assistance. I appreciate the fact they didn’t offer any extra fees. When I or someone I know are looking for a vehicle I will suggest Westside Lexus. The only thing I hated was the drive, almost 2 hours one way.

Greatly disappointed in the warranty response to work done at Westside that failed inside of four months. Can not suggest one takes a Lexus to them for service or repairs!
