Classic Chevrolet

Chris was really cool. Easy to talk with and patient with us. We had no intention of making a purchase on that day......but Chri made everything fall in place for us. The only negative we have is NOT about the dealership or it's staff......it's the lack of written instructions on various features of the vehicle. Even as of now......we still haven't figured out how to program the garage door opener and can't find easy to follow instructions. But we enjoied our experience at Classic of Grapevine. Great vehicle experience from sale to service. Would recommend giving them an opportunity to show their dealership experience if your buying, need service or have questions.

I enjoyed the buying experience, especially dealing with Austin, UNTIL I had to deal With finance. That person was rude, and berated my choices of financing (I obtained outside financing through my credit union) and for buying extended warranty through my credit union instead of him. I left there pissed off at his attitude when I should have been happy. Austin, my sales person, was excellent!!!

Austin made the car buying purchase extremely smooth. Just had to tell him what I wanted and he did the rest.

Good inventory. Finance/ Accounts department doesn't respond to your emails nor pick your calls.

This dealership is a disaster to deal with. The sales person was rude, pushy and couldn't provide accurate information. Financing was upset because I wanted to use my credit union instead of their financing options and tried to push me to accept a higher interest rate. After numerous issues being brought up to their sales manager Hank, we came to a deal, then he text me back saying the vehicle was no longer available, after promising to hold it for me to get my financing information back from my credit union - all within 10 minutes. Buying a car is stressful enough, but then to work with a dealership like this made it even worse. Save yourself the headache and problems - find a different dealership!

Josh Graff was terrific to work with. The process was quick and efficient. The young lady who helped us complete the purchase was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The truck was ready to be picked up as scheduled and in good condition. We are satisfied with our purchase and service from all Classic Chevrolet team members that we encountered!!
