Sales and finance department has an excellent service. First time that I bought the car that I do not have to wait for hours just to get my car. Bravo to Juan and Alex, Juan made sure that I felt attended when I was in dealership. This showed customer appreciation. Even after taking my car home Juan still providing a good service, he and Alex are going go mail my mail box key to me. When fist time I looked for the car, I went to Chevy Plano, but the sales person was terrible, seemed like he did not want to sell the car to me. But when I went to Alex, Alex grabbed me right away, ordering the car for me. It showed appreciation of me buying the car from Classic Chevrolet. Alex is very good in analyzing the customers, and know who is the potential buyer. So, he is the top sales guy. Alex made me felt like he was trying to hep me rather than trying to rip me off.
