Classic has an internet sales department for those of us
Classic has an internet sales department for those of us who follow up on a net search offer. Classic follows through with the best price I was able to glean from the web. Internet sales rep Mike Allen was outstanding in energy and commitment to give me the best deal possible and to make it happen right then. I drove away in the vehicle I wanted at the best price found anywhere on the web. Give them a try!

I originally filled out a contact us form on Cars.
I originally filled out a contact us form on Cars.com. The dealership reached out almost immediately. I had looked at 5 different Chevy Traverse offerings from four different dealers. Even though Classic reached out first, they were also the furtherest away from my location. I dealt with them by phone, the were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up purchasing from another dealer through Cars.com, only because they were 50 miles closer to my location. However, once purchased, I wanted to decode the VIN number to know all about the originally installed bells and whistles (options) installed on my 2015 Traverse LT. I checked with the Honda dealer I purchased the Traverse from, no luck, I checked with a Chevy dealer across the highway from the Honda dealer, no luck. I reached out to Classic Chevrolet and they came through like the champions they are there. All my questions were answered, even though I had made my purchase elsewhere. Makes me think driving the additional 50 miles just might be worth it afterall on my next car purchase.

After years of buying vehicles here I’m blown away by the used car vibe now. I had an agreement on a trade and at the paperwork stage a new manager tried to lower the price by an additional 2k when I arrived at the used car lot. ’ve bought many cars from them and never will again.

Worst service ever!
If I could give this service department ZERO. Stars I would. No communication from the “service “ writer…they don’t know how to diagnose what is wrong with your vehicle and don’t have the technical skill to fix it. They can’t get parts and claim that Chevy does not support older vehicle service. Wasted thousands of dollars here. Please don’t do it. They honestly don’t give a flying “F” shame on them.

Marca Vanderdriff does not know customer service. She lies to customers. Does not know on how to call or text customers on the status of their cars.

You can do better elsewhere
Bought a car there. I was given the Carfax and assured that all damages had been fixed from a minor accident. Also was told that it was given a pre sale inspection and tune up and everything was perfect. There is still damage to the bumper, quite noticable. There's also a crack in the windshield. The driver side sliding door was broken and I was told warranty will cover it but that's a 200 copay and it should have been fixed before it was sold. The oil, filter, and coolant were definitely not changed. The tires were not changed or aligned. The inside was surface clean but overall disgusting. There was food or vomit between the seats and on the third row carpet. Overall super disappointed
