I bought a 2024 Silverado 2500 HD from Mike Black. Mike made the process as quick and comfortable as possible. Great product knowledge and easy to work with. Responsive and helpful. Would not hesitate doing business with Mike in the future

The car buying experience at Classic Pre-Owned is, in my

The car buying experience at Classic Pre-Owned is, in my experience, positive and on par with other dealerships, however, woe to the luckless customer who later needs service/repair on the vehicle they have purchased from Classic. The company's service department is the most blatantly dishonest and predatory entity I've dealt with in my half-century of buying vehicles. In addition to charging exponentially higher repair fees than other shops, they will fabricate problems with your vehicle that aren't (and I have irrefutable physical evidence of this). And even when you catch them in multiple lies and present irrefutable evidence, they dance around the issue and continue to defend the lie. My advice to anyone considering having their vehicle serviced/repaired at Classic Pre-Owned Service is to first research the repair, check average prices across the web, and save a HUGE amount of time, money, and heartache.

I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on

I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!

Tim is awesome.

Tim is awesome. I needed low pressure, didn't want to be talked into anything or push and Tim was my guy. I told him what I wanted, couldn't get the first truck to my price point, not Tim's fault, but two weeks later he found me the perfect truck.

Bought my new 2024 Silverado 1500 12/30/24.

Bought my new 2024 Silverado 1500 12/30/24. They put nitrogen in all their vehicles tires as part of their “North Texas Package” (note they charge about $800 for this along with several other items, but price is not disclosed until you agree to buy the vehicle). Now I take my truck to a different Chevy dealer for routine maintenance and they DO NOT OFFER NITROGEN TO INFLATE MY LOW TIRE PRESSURE TIRES. In fact, they don’t even check my tire pressure at all, and each tire is 5 lbs low. IF ONE CHEVY DEALER OFFERS NITROGEN, THEY ALL SHOULD!!!

Purchased a 2020 Toyota Sienna van in September 2024.

Purchased a 2020 Toyota Sienna van in September 2024. Could NOT have been happier with this dealer. 1. I am an out-of-state buyer (Kentucky). Every 4 or 5 years I buy a later model used vehicle from Florida or Texas. Classic Chevrolet has been one of the best experiences to date. They picked me up at the DFW airport (they are 10 minutes away) and had me on the road in an hour. The paperwork can take time (not their fault - Texas takes a lot of time to process the title) but the 60 day temporary Texas tag means you can use the vehicle why you wait. And Texas does NOT collect sales tax for out of state buyers, you pay at your state when you get the title. NICE. 2. Easily the LOWEST dealer fees of ANY on-line seller as I shopped and got prices. Some dealers wanted close to $2,000 over advertised price, Classic's fees were about $500. SUPER reasonable. 3. The vehicle was in fantastic condition. Their used car prep was super. They even sent me on my way with a full tank of gas. 4. This is a HUGE Chevrolet dealer. As a Kentuckian, where we build Corvettes, I think I counted over 15 in stock NEW Corvettes in the sales area where I was processing my purchase. Apart from the Bowling Green plant, I have never seen so many new Corvettes in one place. 5. The staff were super friendly. Big shout out to Thomas Payne my sales guy. Retired army Master Sergeant. Had a great conversation while waiting for the business department to process my paperwork. Thank you for your service Thomas and for being such a gracious sales person. I highly recommend this seller, and would buy another vehicle from them if they had what I wanted.
