I took my Duramax in for service due to a misfire, and I was educated and advised to make the right decisions on getting the problem repaired and resolved. Neal in Service really knows how to take care of customers and I was able to make the right decision while tear down of the area of my engine Was in process to go ahead and go the extra step to replace other parts that were potentially going to need service in the future thus for creating a great financial experience. I really appreciate a thorough attention to detail and communication and timelines. It took the entire team to get me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. I will absolutely be back with my Tahoe and Duramax as needed. thank you, Neal and the technicians for excellent service

Buying the new Corvette from Classic Chevrolet in

Buying the new Corvette from Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine was the best car buying experience in my life. The car was advertised on cars.com and at a great price. Even though the car was in transit from the assembly plant, I was able to lock in the car and the sale price with a deposit. Friendly and efficient staff at the dealership and even the “financing” portion of the buy went very smoothly.

Ordered spark plugs for my 2021 chevy equinox.

Ordered spark plugs for my 2021 chevy equinox. Spent four hours on the phone telling them they sent wrong part. These guys in parts department have no clue what they are doing. Part was for 2023 equinox and I own 2021. No refund they just sent exchanged for right part. But I had to buy yesterday at auto zone just so I could get to work. I guess I have spark plugs for the future. But why would you buy from a dealership that is disorganized and doesn’t care.

From the initial conversation, the process was painless. Despite me being out of town, the salesman was able to take care of me from start to finish. Even before leaving, they cleaned and detailed the car. Very impressed. I just wish they gave me a full tank of gas. Nonetheless, I would go back for future vehicles.

First off I need to say that I do not ever write reviews

First off I need to say that I do not ever write reviews with the intent on convincing anyone to or not to use any service. Just to share my personal experience with the public for whoever cares. With that said this location and the people there give exceptional service. I drove to Grapevine all the way from Garland, (past my usual Chevy Dealership)bc I was dissatisfied with the way things were happening at that location! At Classic Chevrolet they made me fell like I could maybe start trusting the people I was handing my car over to be serviced! From Alma the lady who arranged my appointment to Gil and his partner Vaughn they were truly great. Both were very attentive to what I was concerned with and displayed amazing customer care! Service was quick and I didn’t drive away thinking something dishonest may have occurred! Thank you guys for a great experience!

I took my High Country in for it's first oil change,

I took my High Country in for it's first oil change, primarily because they said they would do it for free. Took about an hour and a half, as I had called it in prior to me getting there. Lo and behold, they put the sticker up saying it would be due again in 5000 more miles, but they never even changed the oil. It's still the same oil it had when I bought the truck in January. xxx...

Put a deposit down on a car on July 5th.

Put a deposit down on a car on July 5th. One became available Monday. Responded immediately that we were interested and would be there at 5:30pm the next day (less than 24 hours after being contacted). We were told this was too late and this vehicle was first come, first serve, even though we have a deposit down and have been waiting over a month. Now, Classic has gone back on their word about refunding the deposit too! Instead of an easy chargeback, we have to wait for them to mail us a refund, all because they chose to offer a car that wasn’t actually available. This would have been our 5th purchase from Classic and we were cash buyers - they don’t respect customer loyalty at all and are constantly playing games and trying to trick their customers. Lots of other dealerships to pick from - I won’t be shopping here again!
