When I came in the store I came to just get a price on the Escalade they had out front and I was met by Dayshawn Green. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly conversation. I would highly recommend Wade West & the whole team at Vandergriff Acura. Wade worked hard to make my deal happen. Throughout the whole process I experienced nothing but above & beyond service. The used car I wanted had a few cosmetic defects inside but, by the time I drove off the lot, they had someone come & repair both so that it looked like new. Mr. West even went & got me dinner while I waited on the repairs. I will return if/when I get another vehicle.

I called Vandergriff, spoke to the Service Manager, and asked for a mature salesman with long Acura experience, who was oriented to Customer Service. He introduced us to Wade West. Wade lived up to exactly the kind of gentleman we needed: mature, knew his products well, ABSOLUTELY no pressure nor effort to push or lean us into what he wanted us to buy, but he let us explain our needs and wants, then tailored our visit to find what WE wanted. This was to be my wife's car, and she loved our old Acura MDX, but fell in love with a slightly smaller certified 2016 Acura RDX. We actually got more for our trade-in (my 2008 Lexus ES 350) than I expected, and Vandergriff worked hard to find us the low-interest financing, we wanted. Wade was remarkably conversant with our high-tech version of the RDX and patiently helped get us set up and ready to start driving. My wife has always hated car shopping, felt that salesmen tended to ignore the lady customer, but I told Wade this was to be her car, and that she'd call the shots; he was perfect in listening to what she had to say and in addressing his attention to her. Concerning financing, we knew we had really good credit, and knew we'd qualify for an especially low interest loan. Wade took that message to the finance folks, and they promptly found a lower bank rate that we thought to be reasonable and accepted it. The car is considerably more "high-tech" than anything we'd experienced before, but Vandergriff has a specialist with the title "Acura Genius", and has offered to make an appointment with us to do a real training exercise for us, which we're looking forward to. (Note, we're high in the "seniors" age category, and need all the help we can get!! We sincerely appreciate Vandergriff's having the "Genius" available for help. Now, like Forrest Gump stated: "That's about all we have to say", except that we look forward to having and providing comments on continued excellent service at Vandergriff Acura.

Dear Brian Smith, I just can’t begin to thank you enough for all the work and dedication you gave me. You went above and beyond what I could have ever asked for and made it a delight to get my new car which is not easy. You were with me every step of the way and took all the stress out of it for me and I am so grateful for all the work you put into it. Then on top of it got my monthly payment lowered.
