Wade West was GREAT!!!

Do not go to this dealership-horrible experience

Attempted to purchase a car advertised online. They refused to honor the price and jacked up the cost by over 3k. Took 1/2 day to get them to agree to sell the car as advertised. We flew from out of state to pick up the car, and the car they presented to us did not have the option package or all wheel drive (as advertised). They refused to provide another car as that one advertised or refund expenses to fly back home. I have filed suit against these people. Do not go here.

Great Service

I came in earlier this month to take a look at some cars. Jamonn Little was very attentive and friendly, nonetheless very helpful to us. I will definitely recommend seeing the guy, I'm ready to make the switch to an Acura! Much appreciation.

Hands Down Best Staff Ever!!

I purchased a 2018 Cadillac CTS unless than one hour inside dealership. Jibre Woods communicated via text with me. He gave me a trade-in price for my car via pictures. This man went above and beyond he answered text message questions I had at 7 am. I scheduled appointment to see car. It was what I was looking for. Jibre Woods went to bat for me with finance manager Mucio Cortez. Mucio Cortez was extremely professional and we came to a better number than I had hoped for. Words can't express just how impressed I am with these two professionals. THANK YOU BOTH!!!

I got my perfect car, with a lower APR than my credit union

I'd been driving my car for over three years, and it was needing more repairs -- plus I wanted to celebrate my raise -- so I decided to upgrade to a dependable luxury brand. I got to Vandergriff Acura at 8:15 a.m., and by 8:20, Dayshawn was working with me, learning what I needed,, and by 8:30 we were on the road for a test drive. I loved the car Dayshawn selected, and he stayed pleasant, patient, and professional as he educated me about the best options for safety and detailing and the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty, making it easy for me to protect my investment. Once we'd agreed on my trade-in value, I knew I could relax and started signing with a smile. A half-hour later, Michael the financing expert came out and took me back to a glass room to nail everything down to the penny. Michael found dealer financing that beat the loan offer from my credit union by nearly half a percent, and he made sure I had the best warranty. By 1 in the afternoon, I was behind the wheel of my new Certified Pre-Owned Acura and driving away happy, winning, and with a lower monthly payment. Like. A. Boss.
