Exceeded Expectations!!!

I had many questions and plenty of expectations when I started looking for a vehicle at Vandergriff Acura. I am very happy of the SUV I purchased from this dealership and extremely grateful for all the assistance I received from all the employees I spoke to or met at Vandergriff Acura. All the staff at Vandergriff was professional and friendly. The facility was really nice and has a kid's play area. One person in particular really went above and beyond in helping me with my vehicle purchase and that was Dayshawn Green! You have a beautiful facility and I will definitively recommend both Dayshawn Green and Vandergriff Acura to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Good selection of Certified vehicles

Very satisying experience working with our salesman Wade West in searching for a certified Acura RDX. We found one we liked and Wade was quick to retrieve keys and tags for us to test drive. He was courteous and informative while showed us all the bells and whistles the RDX had to offer. There was no pressure from Wade. He was truly a good guy, a man of his word and most professional during the entire process. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost 2 hours while we waited to deal with the finance manager. On a busy Saturday such as it was, multiple finance staff should be scheduled.

Amazed

I was referred to Johnathan from my friend his fiancé. This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. He said he would take care of me and he did. My purse was stolen with my drivers license and wallet. I didn’t have the down payment I wanted to have because of my stolen purse. They got me approved with a low payment with no problems. I am thankful of Johnathan and Acura. My next car will be a new Acura.

Dayshawn, the man

I just wanted to thank Acura for getting me in an out as quick as possible.Most of all I want to thank Dayshawn for an outstanding job helping us with securing an Acura TLX 2018 ,A-Spec. He even had some items that we forgot in the trade in expedited to us. Thanks Acura and give this man a raise asap.

just what i needed

Used car - great service

Dayshawn Green was our sales person and was very friendly and helpful . We started out with bad experience buying a used car since had trouble with the car on our way home to Corsicana , Tx that same night , Nissan Sentra started acting up , transmission problem after being told no problems with the car .It was too late at night to drive car back to dealership that Saturday night so called following Monday when open and explained problem and he took initiative to make sure we drove away with a decent working car . So he worked to find another used car . We know others were involved to make happen too but he started the process and got us into a more dependable car ( Hyundai Elantra) for my teenager . She loves her car and No issues this time with this one . This displays a loyal and outstanding service for salesman and dealership !
