Really didn’t have a problem with the sales person.

Really didn’t have a problem with the sales person. You expect some half truths. The finance portion don’t let your guard down. After being told how bad your GMC may get after the three year warranty. Without quoting a price and without explaining your 250.00 deductible. He sells you a 7 year warranty. Without explaining that the average vehicle is driven 12,000 miles a year. Didn’t mention your extended warranty is only valid for 60,000 miles which makes your purchase only good for five years. Wher are the ethics in this sale. Nothing disclosed Then top that off with the fact nobody from the dealership will call u back. Makes Cochran 2023 ethics award meaningless. Could have been a much better. This practice boarders on fraudulent business practice

Had my truck there for an oil change and tire rotation. Have an issue with the radio, part is on order. Also a warranty taken care of.

Noah was BEYOND HELPFUL was on top of everything broke everything down, I got videos of my truck in the air showing me the leaks and then an estimate on the repairs and was right in the ball park. Best customer service.. and last go around here was great ..

Did a good job on my son's vehicle which was brought in

Did a good job on my son's vehicle which was brought in for an oil change. Rotate tires and his state inspection. Car was scheduled for 9:30 and when he checked back at around 11:45 they were not done. He received a call around 2:45 that it was ready. Other than that great on checking and video presentations of the inspection. Great work by everyone.

I always feel like I’m an important customer when I use Cochran GMC service. I go there for all service needs, including Oil changes and system issues. I never have to wait OMG!, and they are very good at communicating updates.
