Honest sales staff at Lot #1. Finance department went out of their way to assist with help while waiting on settlement from insurance loss on my previous vehicle. Would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Highly satisfied with the vehicle that I purchased.

I will not buy at #1 Cochran…
1. Purchased a new 2019 GMC Terrain. From the start, the sales paperwork and the warranty paperwork were full of errors. Still not correct as of 6/20/2023. Also the service department has not impressed me at all. 2. Purchased a new Kia Sportage in 2015. The sales process there was a very poor experience for my son getting his 1st new car. What a bummer. My experience with the Kia service department was about the same as above. Think I would have learned a lesson from buying the new Kia and not purchased the GMC Terrain above…

I scheduled a recall service call and on my arrival I asked to have passenger side back turn signal bulb replaced. He said sure. When another tech came to tell me my car was ready I asked about the light because I knew I would have a charge and he told me he didn’t know anything about the light so he gave me my keys and I left

Avoid this dealership.The service department is deplorable. Information was falsified on my paperwork. They said an issue was discussed with me, therefore, the service was not performed. I had no idea there was an issue until I read the paperwork and confronted the tech who stated that he spoke with me. What a liar!

I received excellent customer service in the service
I received excellent customer service in the service department at #1 Cochran Buick GMC Robinson. There has never really been a time when I didn't receive excellent customer service. I've been a loyal customer for many years. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and treated me respectfully; and likewise. My car got inspected and needed brakes and a few other things and the van took me to the mall to shop instead of sitting there. The van is a huge convenience to me as I don't have anyone that can pick me up or drop me off. The van driver was very courteous to me also.
