Great car, better staff.

Great team. Debbie, Johnathon, and Chris were all very accommodating with our needs. They went above what we were asking for. Not to mention the other random staff that gave my kids toys to keep them occupied. Thank you!

Great service!

Great service and everyone there was super helpful and very kind. Waiting area was nice and I was able to get some work done while they changed my oil. Just moved to this area from Missouri and happy there is an Audi dealership close to where I live.

Super friendly and helpful

I bought a brand new car here and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I visited 2 other audi dealerships and was not treated as well. They stayed after hours to complete the financial piece. I was in my new car within 2 hours.

Nothing but incompetent

First off when I bought my car from here they told me it would be a few hours so they could detail the car. I came to pick it up the next day and it had still not been detailed so they had me take a rental and come back again at the end of the day to pick my car up. When I finally came to get it there were black scuff marks all over the back ceiling most of the windows had thick residue where the soap was not washed off properly with trash left in the cup holders. They also still have not given any of the information on the financing making it impossible to make my car payments as I have not been told who or where to pay despite multiple emails and phone calls to the dealership. Finally I was given temporary licence plates for my new car that expired before the actual plates came in. Upon wasting even more of my time to go and get new temporary plates I discovered that the incompetents working at the dealership had not even bothered to start he process of acquiring the plates for the car even though they explicitly stated that they will handle getting the new plates and I won't need to get involved or worry about it. In summary it is more annoying and tedious to work with this charlatan of a company than it is worth. I would recommend buying a car from anyone over this dealership, they will jerk you around, waste your time, and expect you to thank them for the experience.

Tie is the best!
