2013 Audi A4 water pump issue.

Appreciated Andrews efforts to help resolve issue I was having with car. Mechanics provided excellent documentation to support faulty workmanship from previous non Audi repairs. This is 4th water pump since purchasing car in early 2017.

Another great experience

Scheduled Maintenance

I have so many great things to say about this dealership! I leased a convertible from them two years ago and it was by far one of the most stress free vehicle transactions I’ve ever had. Today I had an appointment for my 25k mile service. The dealership is approximately 40 miles from where I live. On my way to the dealership the tire, air pressure light came on. I pulled over at the next exit to check my tire pressure, only to find I had a small tear in the rear tire. I called my service advisor, Andrew, to let him know what was going on. Andrew texted me the number for Audi Roadside Assistance, because I did not have the card with me, and checked to make sure they had the tires in stock. The tow truck driver picked up my car and took me to the dealership. They serviced my car, put the new tire on and washed my vehicle all in less than two hours. What could have been a very bad and stressful day was neither because of the great people at Audi of Fort Worth. Thank you!

Buyer

Car buying experience was great and the car was great. But I had an issue with the battery. I just thought the terminal needed cleaning but upon a complete inspection they were completely corroded and needed to be replaced.

Outstanding sales rep (Mike) that was more of a co-shopper and tour guide that created a no-pressure approach to evaluating and buying a terrific car. Lots of care, concern, objective commentary and follow through.

My first experience with Audi

Andrew took wonderful care of me from start to finish. He even worked on changing some settings that were frustrating me The loaner car they game me was much nicer than I expected. It was easy and I am very pleased to be a new Audi owner

Andrew was very helpful. Everyone was nice and they shuttled me to a shopping center while I waited. They also picked me up and looked up an other audio care needs while was there for the recall.

Awesome experience!

I’ve been looking at the A5 sport back since they they came out. Ben made the whole process seamless and convenient. I live 4 hours out of town and we made a great deal over the phone and emails. No haggling necessary! Essentially just had to come in and sign and drive off. Excellent experience. David made the loan process easy. I highly recommend this place!
