Audi S5

I found the perfect Audi for me, but it was 485 miles away at Fort Worth Audi !! Their team immediately answered my questions via email and gave me a great deal on the Audi I had always dreamed of owning. The transaction was flawless even though we were long distance! Their salesman even went over the cars features with me by a FaceTime phone call once it was delivered to me. Overall this was an awesome experience and I would buy from them again!

Helped me big time!

I was 4+ hours away from home & had a tire blow out. Audi service connected me with Andrew at Audi Fort Worth. They squeezed me in on a Friday night just before close and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. I made it home to my family that night thanks to the Audi service team!!

2011 Tundra Excellent Service.......

Thanks for an easy comfortable experience.. The only thing I found wrong with the truck was steering wheel bounce at 65 mph. They balanced the tires and no problems....

Better the second time around...

I’ll be honest, my first service visit at the dealership was not great so I was hesitant to return. But Andrew took great care of me, making sure to add discounts and coupons where he could. Also, the dealership didn’t hesitate about repairing damages on the car that were found by them and me for the first time after the service was complete. I really appreciate them not haggling with me over it.

Repair cost more than the car value

My car total value is less than 5000$ but the repair charge they asked for was 5800$. No respect for the customers. More than 400% over charege. Never recommend Audi to anyone. This is rhe most trash company and brand I ever dealed with.

Kirks is a great person this is the 2nd time my vehicle gets serviced at Audi Fort Worth the 1st time i was ok with service due to after service i had a few questions that where not answered but this 2nd time i realised they are very busy and the do what they can to to have a smile on your face �� thanks!

Great Used Car Shopping Experience

We saw a car of interest at this dealership on the Internet, sent an email over night and had a response first thing the next morning. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door by Debbie, Internet sales manager, who introduced us to Johnny B. He was excellent. He took us on a couple of test drives, showed us all of the particulars on two different models, and answered all of our questions. We were not necessarily committed to making a purchase that day, but they made the process so easy that we made a purchase before we walked out. It was a very friendly, no pressure experience.
