Always excellent service and friendly, professional staff here at Audi Fort Worth. Andrew is the best, he called me several times with updates and explained what was done in detail. You can't go wrong here.

We were on the road, and needed to get home. Our svc advisor Kirks fit us in, got the job done, and we were able to get home on time. We want to thank Audi Ft Worth for helping us out, since their wait time for a regular svc appt was about 2 weeks.

My service advisor Tie was very professional, friendly and polite. She advised me that I would have to wait 3 hours for my car to be serviced (oil change, tire rotation and 23K mile service). I was only there for a hour and a half due to the technician quickness. I will definitely be back.
