I purchased a 2024 Palisade two days ago from a young man

I purchased a 2024 Palisade two days ago from a young man by the name of Logan and was an over the top experience. He went above and beyond on everything from greeting my wife and I when we arrived at the dealership and until we left in our new SUV. He was very honest, polite, professional and had product knowledge about the vehicle that was outstanding and knew how to thoroughly explain everything and how it worked. I feel he is the best sells person I have purchased a vehicle from in over 10 years. He is definitely the best when it comes to buying a car today. Earnhardt Santan is the top dealer to buy from if you want a Hyundai or Genesis vehicle and this is the second purchase from here in five years and the service dept is above and beyond as well for service or warranty work. I truly appreciate you fixing the A/C problem, it's hot

I truly appreciate you fixing the A/C problem, it's hot in Arizona. However, I purchased the G80 in 2018, "new", and a couple months later it was in for service due to A/C blowing hot air. Since that time I have had this car in every summer for A/C service and it was never completely fixed because it had to have service the following year, etc and I have the paperwork. My wife asked if they let the warranty expire before finding the root cause. I don't want to go there because I really hope that isn't the case. I didn't sell the car because I love how it drives and looks. It has been my favorite vehicle, just tainted from the A/C troubles. Thank you.
