Thomas was a true professional in his craft, nothing but facts and the least sleazy of a sales process I have ever experienced. Not only did he get our sales process done extremely fast but was very thorough and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Tony Deeb was excellent to work with.
Tony Deeb was excellent to work with. Straight forward and informative. Was not expecting to buy a car that day but his demeaner and attitude had me asking for their best price. The offer was good and the sale was made. Mike in finance was also straight forward and explained everything. Only issue I had was with the person that cleaned up my car. Stickers were left on the car and I had to remove the glue after peeling them off. Also two windows weren't even cleaned. When I left and the sunshine hit them, they were just completely hazy. Small issue, yet Tony offered me more than enough to compensate. Which I declined.

Dropped off car for engine light issue.
Dropped off car for engine light issue. Was told would know results before closing to arrange possible loaner. Never received call until next day. Now had to rearrange my family's schedule with only 1 car. Wasnt happy. Never did get a loaner. Car was ready late next day.

This has been the first time in 14 years that I came in
This has been the first time in 14 years that I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did both checked fluids, air in tires, washed my car and it was completed in 30 minutes flat! I was astonished because I usually wait about an hour or more. I was told by John that they have 2 service centers now after the remodeling. What a great and quick visit! Thank you I already told a friend who goes to another Hyundai dealership and is have lots of issues. Thank you
