I was 15 minutes early for my appointment but they got me in right away. Shannon was very friendly and efficient. The appointment was for routine oil change but they when they found it needed an alignment they were able to do that as well. I appreciated not having to make another appointment.

I arrived a bit early but he got my car in for servicing right away. The vehicle received the agreed upon maintenance and the quoted cost was what I was charged. After being continually frustrated by other dealerships
After being continually frustrated by other dealerships in pursuit of an SUV hybrid, we decided to stop by San Tan Hyundai. We really didn’t know much about Hyundai SUVs, but “Baldy” patiently showed us what the different trim levels offered and helped guide us to the right choice for us. He was enthusiastic, but not pushy and that’s why we were able to get to a deal that worked for us. Car buying can be a pain, but “Baldy” made it a little more fun. We definitely would recommend him!
