We recently purchased our first Hyundai, a Palisade.

We recently purchased our first Hyundai, a Palisade. Also, it was our first experience using San Tan Hyundai. The Sales agent was awesome and the Palisade is incredible. Looking forward to many years as a valued Hyundai owner.

My new Genesis required service to regain connected

My new Genesis required service to regain connected services but the recent reduction in authorized Genesis service locations required me to travel 400 miles to have this work completed. The dealership was very accommodating by setting up a convenient service time and a loaner car for me to use during the repair. Brandon helped get the service organized and kept me informed as to the progress. The service was accomplished in the required time even after encountering software issues. The dealership does a large amount of service because of the limited number of Genesis authorized centers but they treated me very well.

I recently had a warranty engine replacement performed on my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. San Tan Earnhardt Hyundai greatly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I had my SUV towed to their dealership, it took less than four business days to complete the entire process. My service advisor, Mario, was proactive, courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend San Tan Earnhardt Hyundai!

Contacted Hannah to schedule service for my 2023 GV80 -

Contacted Hannah to schedule service for my 2023 GV80 - received great news that I was eligible for Valet Service as radius extended to 250 miles (live in Tucson). The representative drove a loaner vehicle down Tuesday morning and drove my car to the dealer. Hannah was in contact via text every step of the way keeping me informed with service updates. They brought my car back clean and beautiful on Thursday morning. So grateful that I did not have to drive to Gilbert from Tucson for service. Very satisfied with service. Highly recommend.
