This service call started on 7/28/23 with an appointment

This service call started on 7/28/23 with an appointment in Gilbert. A problem was identified with the paint on the door handles of my car. In September I started making phone calls (8) to check the status of the requested warranty work. My car had been in your service department two previous times with the same issue. I was told the parts were in and that our advisor would call us to schedule the work. The advisor never called back, and we continued to wait for the call. On the 8th phone call, I was told to make a new appointment. I showed up on November 30, 2023, expecting to have the new door handles installed. When I showed up for the appointment, the new door handles had not been painted and I was sent home with a loaner car. My car was picked up Friday December 1, 2023, which was 4 months from our first appointment. I talked to the Manager of the Service Department but, he was not really interested in what I had to say. He did say, "we have so many cars coming in each day." Overall, I feel your service department deserves a poor rating.

Car wash after my service was very poor. Soap spots were all over & mirrors & windows were horrible. Got home & cleaned them myself.
