Ken is a great salesmen!

Ken is a great salesmen! I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my truck, and Ken was very understanding when I said I had to wait for my insurance company finish the total loss process on my truck. He wasn’t pushed and just messaged me once a week to see if I had heard anything. When the time came to get my new car, the process only took about 2 hours or so! That included looking at a few vehicles. We were able to come to a deal in less than 30 minutes and didn’t even have to wait to get into finance. Ken is also very knowledgeable about Hyundai and I would recommend him if you are looking for a new Hyundai!

We came in with a detailed list of what we were looking for. Tony was welcoming and very patient with all of our questions. He made sure all of our questions were answered and discussed the vehicle with us at length. At not point did we feel pressured to purchase. Mike and Greg were a wonderful addition to the mix. Both answered numerous questions, again very patiently.

I came in for a recall and received excellent service

I came in for a recall and received excellent service today. Skylar was my service advisor. He was polite and very pleasant. He informed me of the results of my courtesy inspection, and answered a detailed question re the brakes. I feel this dealership is quite reputable. I much prefer them over the Hyundai dealer in IL.
