The dealership was undergoing a remodel with limited parking. Unusual for us to have to ask a sales person to help us, rather then them approaching us.

Took us 5 weeks to get in.
Took us 5 weeks to get in. I guess they are backed up to to remodeling. In previous times I would of given 5 stars. But it also confusing getting in. They were very nice and quick.

Tony was Amazing!
Tony was Amazing! I have bought many cars through life and this by far was the easiest and best experience. I did not plan to buy my Palisade for a few months but wanted to drive a few cars first to make sure it was what I wanted. Tony took us for a drive gave me a no hassle honest quote and we left. I appreciated the no pressure and his honesty about my trade. Adam the sales manager reached out about an hour later with an offer I could not refuse. I replied and took an additional 2 days with no pressure which was greatly appreciated. Most items were completed online and my total process was 1.5 hours instead of the whole day. I appreciated how easy they made this process!! I would definitely go back 😊 Bobby with financing was great to, explained everything and made the process quick and easy.

Brought my car in for recall repair.
Brought my car in for recall repair. Ricky was there to meet me at drop off and was great at giving me updates as to when the work would be completed. At that point Ricky met me and escorted me to the office where I signed the necessary papers and Ricky drove my repaired, clean car curbside for me. He was a real pleasure to work with. Couldn't be happier with the service.
