I was just in for an auto butler service.
I was just in for an auto butler service. Due to the construction that went on I didn't get this service done. I was also told that the machine that was used for this service wasn't being used any longer so an appointment had to be made. It was quite far out but being done now manually it was taking longer to complete. I waited for my car in the lounge (which is quite nice now that the construction is finished). It took 2 and 1/2 hours and my Tucson was looking great.

Hit a pot hole and blew out the side of my tire.
Hit a pot hole and blew out the side of my tire. Quinton advised me of the warranty process, was courteous, professional and kept me informed as I waited. The warranty approval process was taking longer than expected so I was provided a loaner car overnight. The next morning the car was ready and the warranty covered the entire replacement cost. Thanks Quinton!

I had a positive car buying experience and they were able
I had a positive car buying experience and they were able to beat the interest rate that i got from my bank. I felt like i wasn't pressured at all to buy a car but I did think the whole process took a very long time. Mark was my dealer and he made the process very stress free. Ken was very helpful in explaining all my car features. Also Billy did a great job tinting my windows.
