BUYERS BEWARE! A bunch of slimey lying salesmen. Mark Alcaraz (who no longer works in the finance department and won’t take a call from me) and Luke McIntosh sold me a vehicle with ZERO transparency of the true vehicle price. Mark Alcaraz moved the deal through promoting the “amount financed price” as the “vehicle price” without ONCE mentioning the true purchase price - which turned out to be 20k MORE then the price he deceivingly lead the buyer to think they were getting the car for. The car was listed online at 65k on auto nation. Mark sold the car to me promoting the price was 73k the entire sale. He had me put 15k down, then requested the next day another 5.4k for the bank to except the deal (20.4k total down). This 20.4k was suppose to be a down payment on 73k. This would leave me with an affordable 43k loan from their bank with a 10% interest rate to pay off but NOPE - The entire sale we discussed the purchase price as 73k, even though he knew he was selling me the vehicle for 93k on the paperwork. HE NEVER mentioned the figure 93k to me ONCE through a multiple hour sale. Leaving the dealership I told him I was going to pay off the entire loan within the first few months to avoid the 10% interest rate and he stated “I would wait atleast a year” knowing I would realize the true amount he got me for was 93k and the amount financed was the 73k…. Again, HE NEVER MENTIONED 93k ONCE in the full sale process / interaction. The paper work was done end of day and rushed through to complete before closing, and this was my first time buying a vehicle. ZERO transparency, liars, slimey business, and I have my attorney currently working on making sure Mark Alcaraz and Luke McIntosh can enjoy their commission only a bit longer. I am in sales myself and understand the importance of transparency between a business interaction - they CLEARLY DO NOT care to do whatever it takes to get a deal done. Mark is a liar, covering himself with the paperwork that of course states the true price of the vehicle and Shea Duncan from finance who took my call because “Mark by choice stepped away from finance but is still with the company” confidently walked me through the paperwork that states the true values of the purchase that Mark avoided doing knowing I was thinking 73k was my purchase price instead of the amount financed price. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. You will be taken advantage of. Mark knew this was my first time buying a vehicle and took advantage the entire way through.
