Ryan is a top-notch service manager very impressed with the way he handled my difficult situation highly recommend. I do think wheel check should be included in the regular diagnostic check, but turns out it’s visual inspection only. If you want a hand on inspection, ask for a used vehicle pre-buy diagnostic that’s more expensive, but so much worth it. I almost lost the wheel driving down the road because the regular diag didn’t inspect the wheels during my initial visit. Loaner vehicles are very clean and convenient for extended repairs. Everyone in the service department is super nice, although at times difficult to get a hold of on the phone. If I could make one suggestion, that is to create an app or web portal that shows you the status of your repair and updates, including previous history, and all the documents instead of having that information texted to you and then disappear forever. Keep up the good work! :)

Always a great service experience. Jessica Towe is friendly, professional, and accurate. I appreciate the service techs as well, especially the overview video they send us after inspecting the car.

Work was done to our satisfaction. We had questions about setting up the program in our car for low cost charging and Jayme was very helpful with that. We appreciated the coffee, water and ice cream bars while we waited for out car.

Once again BMW of Tucson did a great job, kept me up to date and had my car ready on time. Everyone I have had dealings with from sales to service has been great. I have purchased many new vehicles over the last 50 plus years and this dealership has excellent customer service.

Clean facilities.

Clean facilities. Friendly service and sales staff. Car was well cared for and services. I am hoping BMW gets their act together on iDrive updates that usually do not work.
