Terri Dotson is very knowledgeable and took the time to show us how all the bells and whistles work, including the computer settings. We really appreciate her friendly, easy going personality with just the right amount of humor. Terri knows how to put people at ease when making such a big financial purchase, and you can see she genuinely cares. No questions are too great or small for Terri, and she's always available to answer them. I was terrified to step foot in to a dealership

I was terrified to step foot in to a dealership considering I haven't purchased a new car in 14 years and things have changed so much over time. Terri was so kind and gentle. She took me on a tour of the dealership and introduced me to all the important people. I EVEN GOT TO MEET PAIGE CARLSON 🎉 The whole experience was fabulous. Terri helped me get my old car home since I didn't trade it in. If I could give Terri 1,000,000,000 stars I absolutely would! Keep being a great person Terri. I would refer her to anyone looking to purchase a new/used vehicle.

Was interested in a used 2016 Honda Fit they had.

Was interested in a used 2016 Honda Fit they had. Was curious about a few condition things and called since the dealership was an hour and a half away from me. Annika Froiland had answered my call, I wanted to make sure it wasnt smoked in and no major dents or dings. She said she has not been in this particular car yet, she sent me a video of the car and pointed out things like minor dings and while she was on the inside of the car you could see the gas gauge flashing(she stated that it needed gas). A few days later I decided to go to the dealership for a test drive, they knew I was coming and had the car heated up. I ended up buying the car. The day after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed that the gas gauge was not working, and once the car was heated up for over a half hour or so the gas gauge would start working. This continued to happen a few days, my wife had called the dealership and was told that they werent interested in helping since I didnt purchase the warranty. Im assuming they knew about the issue, I looked back at the video Annika sent me, I noticed that the gas gauge was just flashing and didnt show anything about the fuel being low. Whomever started the car should of noticed that the gas gauge was not working. I Later received a call from a manger, Ryan Townsend, he said he would check with the service dept and get back to me the next day. I did not hear from him from over a week and ended up doing research and fixing the issue myself, had to take apart most of the dash and remove the instrument panel and resolder it. I then did not receive the plates for the car, and the temp plates had expired. I emailed Ryan to see if he knew how long it took and to make sure they had the correct address they provided to the DMV, when I was purchasing the car they kept asking me if an address that I havent lived at for over 15 years was my address, not even sure how they got that address. Ryan emailed me saying hed look into it. I have not heard back from him. Had I known of the gas gauge issue, I would have not purchased it.

Hello, Adam, I have met with Ryan and reviewed most of the email communication. I want to address both issues you raise in your review. First, the plates/title. We have confirmed via the tracking system that the out of state DMV received the title application on 1/25. Have you still not received your plates? I will be sending you a follow up email to communicate with you offline. Second, the issue raised on the gas gauge. We were all set to come get the vehicle from you, provide you with a loaner and repair the issue. However, it appears you are mechanically inclined and repaired the issue yourself. I am sorry you had to do it yourself as we would have been happy to fix the issue. I will be reaching out to you on Monday to discuss further. Thank you for your time. I have finally received plates last week. That is news to me what you were willing to do with the gas gauge.

Carlson Toyota only cares about the sale. I shouldn't be surprised by transmission failing 36 days after purchase, because it has high millage. To think I would get anything other than a condescending attitude and that I should've done better. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE likely GM replies to this with "fluid was overfilled." Two other shops recommend replacement, but Carlson says everything is fine.
