Very happy with my experience with Carlson Toyota! Keira was polite, curious and very accommodating. Keira and her team worked with me to come to a great deal on my new 4Runner. All was handled via phone/text and all I had to do was travel to sign paper work and pick it up. The team at Carlson is very down to earth! You won't find suit and tie intimidation running all around but yet very professional which makes you feel welcomed with no pressure! Very professional and highly recommeded!

One of the best sales experiences that my wife & I have had in my 45 years of purchasing vehicles. We both typically buy new vehicles and trade one every three years on average. Mick & Dakota provided an excellent experience for us from beginning to end. We were treated extremely well and received a very fair deal. My wife traded her vehicle in for a Venza. Because the experience was so good, I ordered a vehicle from Carlson Toyota for me instead of ordering through another dealership that I had been in contact with.

Terri Dotson was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. We bought a 2024 Camry and so far, it's everything she said it would be. She doesn't have a problem with follow up questions.
