The dealership was good. I bought a Toyota Corolla hybrid 2024 and it was dropped shipped. I was pleased with the care of my car. I ended up adding accessories to my vehicle and protection and it turned out amazing. Thanks again!

if there was an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen

if there was an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen that option. Worst. Experience. I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation per a prepaid service agreement. This is a car I bought from this dealer. When it was completed, I was informed I would need to pay $84 for the oil change despite the person who received the car confirming there was no charge for today's service. When I challenged the cost and said don't do the service then the employee told me it had been done i needed to pay for it. I was then directed to a manger who greeted me by saying "why don't you want to pay for the oil change?" Then he told his employee to bring the car back in and put the old oil back in. He asked me how I felt about that and I said OK. Then he told me he would explain my rights to me and that he could charge me up to $100 each time I bring my car to them. He was condescending and bullying to me. After he scolded me, he told me they would cover it this time...I refused to let them. I would rather they receive this money from me, since it is the last time I will ever do business with them. I encourage people to avoid this dealer. My entire visit was centered around selling me things (needed or not) and getting money from me - it had nothing to do with what my car might need to have done. I will not go back.

Mr. Naughton, I apologize that you feel this way. Your original concern was that you were not going to pay for the oil change because you did not authorize one to be performed. In listening to your request at the time of the appointment this was the reason you made your appointment. Leah was very thorough with you in stating that the oil change was part of your service which you confirmed with her. Part of our repair process is to perform a complimentary multi point inspection. We have tire experts we hire from an outside vendor to assist our customers to find the best tire for their needs. It would not be good business practice to recommend services that are not needed. The concern was simply that I was told, when I dropped the car off, that there would be no charge for the service because it was part of a pre-paid plan. Sometime between then and when the oil change was completed it must have been discovered that there were no more pre-paid oil changes despite what I was told. And, no one came to tell me this before performing the work. So the charge was a shock to me - as was the in which it was handled considering that the service manager told me that to resolve the issue he would put the used oil back in my car and that he could charge me $100 just because I left the car with them. Mistakes can be made. It is the way in which we handle them that counts - this was not handled correctly.
