My wife and I have been coming to Carlson Toyota since 1998 to lease our Toyota Camry's. Over all of those years, we have dealt with Bo Brown. He has been proven to be very knowledgeable concerning the Toyota product line, and has always been a pleasure to deal with. We also use the Carlson service department and again, we feel quite confident in their work and professionalism.

It was a pleasure to work with Theo from start to Finnish. He was very knowledgeable and was able to walk us through every step with ease.. I would come back just because of Theo. One thing I did not understand is why it took a day and half to install the electric start. Service had it at 8:00 am and said it would be done between 5:00 and 6:00 that evening. Then I got a call at about 4:00 and said they had a snafu and could not get done until the next day. Not great explanation made me fill they did not know what they were doing.
