I had a good experience buying a vehicle from Carlson Toyota. Carolyn was our sales rep, she was very easy to get ahold of concerning questions about purchase and delivery. They delivered our vehicle three hours to us. Very convenient and we got an awesome deal on our car.

I just took delivery of my first Toyota from Carlson. I have been buying Toyotas since the 1980s and this was first experience with Carlson. I found the sales person who worked with me, Carolyn Hagen, to be knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding me through the selection decisions. Would definitely work with this dealership and Carolyn again.

What a great experience working with Carolyn! I was originally in the market for a used tundra, but as I went through the process I realized new was the way to go. Carolyn was incredibly helpful in finding the vehicle we were looking for. It was no easy task. She was patient with me as we tried multiple ways to secure a vehicle. Carolyn assisted us in purchasing a 2021 Camry SE. She's very friendly, courteous, & informative. Most of all she listened to us and then looked around for the vehicle that would fit our wants/needs. She is flexible enough to change the no trade in to a trade in because our circumstance changed. She spent a significant amount of time showing us the Ins/Outs of a vehicle with a lot of bells and whistles compared to our old car. This will be my last car that I purchase, and it has been the best salesperson I have worked with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in buying a new/used car. I had found a Toyota Highlander on the Carlson Toyota website that I was interested in. I inquired and Carolyn responded back within a few minutes. When I arrived, I was greeted by a wonderful female front desk employee, who went and got Carolyn for me. When I met her, she was very welcoming and friendly. I already knew what I wanted, so I had a lot of extra time to talk with Carolyn. Over the next hour, we shared many stories and had a lot of laughs. Not many people would enjoy sitting around the dealership waiting, but I sure enjoyed my Saturday with Carolyn. I would definitely recommend Carlson Toyota to my friends and family, and definitely recommend they ask for Carolyn.

Our vehicle was STOLEN a from their lot and they did nothing. Told US awe needed to file a police report and insurance claim using OUR insurance. Also informed us they have minimal security and NO cameras. Your car is NOT safe here.

I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna and was able to find an AWD Premium XLE version. I was very impressed by the friendliness of Carolyn Hagen. The night before I traveled to Coon Rapids I requested information about one of the vehicles on the lot. I received very good communication with Carolyn and when I arrived at the lot the car was warmed up, mostly clear of snow and ready for a test drive. Though I was slow to make a decision, Carolyn was very patient and I didn't feel rushed/pushed into making a decision. I ended up paying a bit more than I had planned but my family has a great vehicle. When setting up the financing for the vehicle, Grey did an excellent job of explaining the terms and was speedy setting up the loan.
