I put a deposit down on a Toyota Tacoma on december 4th and was told that was suppose to get long box sr5 in stock following week. Well the truck didn't come in and was then told by Nick Froemming sales consultant that this is just to get first look at it. If its not what really want will get deposit back with no questions asked. He stated you come in for test drive to see if its something you want, cause there is no problem selling cars right now and if i didn't want it he could sell to someone else no worries. It is now end of January and still don't have truck. I requested deposit back due to not having truck and was told NO! 👎

They lie about the cars they are selling, knowing the cars they are selling have issues beforehand. Customer service does NOTHING to help you no matter how many times you bring it in (they are probably trained to do that if your car is still under warranty), and if you’re lucky enough to talk to the GM, well you’re actually not lucky at all! She does nothing! Not to mention they fired all of the honest good employees and hired sheep. EASILY THE WORST TOYOTA DEALERSHIP IN MINNESOTA. NEVER EVER BUY A CAR HERE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.

Sneaky, Tack-on Options That Cost over $1k
Don't spend any time with this sleazy dealership. I went to purchase a 'brand new' Sienna from them and turned out to be a victim of their $300 pulse brake surcharge they typically slide into the total. Also a victim of joyride miles they put on the vehicle. Said it "just came in" but the tachometer reads over 100 miles. Carfax report said they received the car 5 day prior with only 4 miles. They also ripped me off by tacking on a $1,000 3M clear paint protector option ($600 over MSRP!). Didn't want to provide me the receipt for it, but when they finally did, it didn't even have my signature. Guess why? Because it was an overly expensive ripoff option that THEY tacked on. It's another trick to suck out as much money as they can from customers that aren't aware. Tried to go talk to them afterwards and call them out on their ridiculous sneaky add-ons, but of course, once everything's signed, they no longer care. They chose their commission cut over making things right. Dishonest dealer and sales managers that's in the business of ripping people off. They only do what's in their best interest and not yours. If you love your family and friends, tell them to avoid this place because you WILL get cheated in every possible way.

Their mechanics need to go back to school, and their service manager needs to quit steeling money from customers. I have been their twice and both times have been bad experiences.
