Marty Lang is a great salesman: courteous, pleasant, truthful, trustworthy, and attentive. You would not want more in a car salesman. He helped throughout the entire process and made it easy.

Steer Clear

I should have been warned from the beginning by the email sent to me by the used car manager TJ. He has zero class and didn't even have the guts to approach me while I waited almost 2 hours to get into the business office, yes I said 2 hours. As far as the service department goes, don't expect them to go above and beyond at this dealership....they don't even provide free loaners although I was told that at the time of purchase. If you buy an extended warranty, be prepared to fight tooth and nail to get something covered...including the rental they want to charge you $35 for. All in all, I've learned my lesson....get everything in writing and take notice of the tone of your conversation from the get go. I should've never walked back in after I walked out the first time.

Horrible Customer Service

They will not take responsibility for selling you a vehicle with issues and there will be absolutely no customer service! I’m a first time car owner and my time at Carlson has been awful!

Dissatisfied Customer

When buying a Toyota don’t go to Carlson! They do not have any customer service and will do whatever it takes to make you pay for issues that are under warranty.

Customer Service Down to a Science :)

Daniel listened to our needs and matched them perfectly with a 2013 RAV4. This car exceeded our expectations because the previous owner has applied a chip protection coating to the paint, chip protection strips on the door edges and door "ding" protection strips. Later, after the test drive, we discovered the previous owner had also installed remote start! During the test drive we were very impressed at how well the all-wheel-drive held the road. This winter has had many days of slippery roads, so we are looking forward to much safer driving in the RAV4. My wife takes care of senior citizens in their homes, so she uses her car every day. She had been driving a 2001 Camry for many years. But it stopped working unexpectedly the previous day. We needed to. transfer money.to our checking account. Gray was very understanding and agreed to hold our check for three days. This meant my wife was able to drive the RAV4 home less than 24 hours after her Camry had been stopped working! She was able to keep her appointment with her client the next day. We also wanted an extended warranty. Gray told us that since the vehicle had 123,000 miles on it, it was eligible for a three year, 30,000 mile extension. When driving the car on the freeway to her client, my wife noticed a vibration when accelerating between 30 and 40 mph. I called the service department and arranged for an appointment on Monday at 3:00 P.M.. We brought the RAV4 in at the scheduled time and the service rep took it for a test drive right away. He brought it back and told us that the torque converter needed to be replaced. Then he provided us a 2018 RAV4 as a loaner car so my wife could keep her appointments. Wednesday the Midwest had a major snow storm that delayed the shipment of the replacement part from Chicago. But this did not affect us because we had the loaner car. In backing into our garage for the first time, the RAV4 got a little scratch. I pointed it out and the paint tech removed it completely. We picked up our RAV4 on Friday. I was able to chat with Ryan and learned about the torque converter and the AWD system. He has a thorough knowledge of the vehicle systems. The vibration is completely gone and we are enjoying getting to know our new RAV4. One thing I noticed when I put it into our garage is the the RAV4 is 18" shorter than the Camry. That means we can walk around the car even when the garage door is closed.

Comfortable experience

Throwing a lot of money into a car can be nerve-wracking. Theo was great and our experience was excellent from start to finish. We made a couple trips to come to our final decision. I could see another trip in the future to find our next car as well. Nice job.

Hassle-free

Came in to test drive a car I saw online. They were all great - respectful, friendly, patient. Didn’t try to upsell me, just figured out how to make a deal on the car I wanted. I was dreading having to get a different car, but it was fairly painless!

Good people

Everything was taking care of ..I appreciated that I had my gas fly looked at..it was frozen.windshied wipers work now.my oil got changed.and my ride is smooth
