The last time I got my tires rotated, I asked for a ride

The last time I got my tires rotated, I asked for a ride from work to the dealership. The drive was not far. After verifying multiple times I would have a ride on time (due to having issues the last two times), my ride did not show up. In fact, I was picked up an hour late at my destination in below zero weather in February. Before finally getting picked up, I called several times for 45 minutes to get a ride. I either was put on hold or transferred to a voicemail. They explained my Lyft drive was picked up by a driver by dropped before it was time to get picked up. No one in the service department bothered to follow up and get me a ride nor did they take responsibility for it being their fault until they were called out on their lack of service. The service staff are very polite in person but their ability to follow through is not up to par. Do better.

Our dealership contact was with Kou Vang, an excellent salesperson. In this time period of shortage of chips and your wait time for the order of a vehicle; he was a problem solver working with us. We had comparisons of used vs new, and the specifics of shipping/delivery dates. He was always available by cell, for more questions, communicating comparisons by email, and punctual on all our appointments. Kou brought in the specialists we needed to verify our specific details and explain product differences. He was always available and knowledgeable on orienting us to the 4Runner. Our experience with Kou was the exact opposite of other dealerships. He was no sales pressure, so we could learn; accurate, honest with the timetable and cost, and a problem solver to help us get what we wanted/needed. He is a future source we would highly recommend for Toyota brands.

Could not ask for a better experience. Kou was great. Followed up on our concerns. Nick worked to get the financing just right. Marty explained options with patience and good humor. We all had a good time and I drove away with a smile and a beautiful 2018 Lexus RX 350. Thanks, guys.
