Bought a used Dodge Ram 1500 Big horn from Capital. Was told great things about the truck. Asked questions about the truck, took the truck for a test drive and felt good about my purchase. Two weeks later, check engine light comes on for a fuel pressure sensor. I call Capital and ask if they can help me with the issue seeing as I just purchased a truck from them. They want to charge me to look at the vehicle diagnostics after they apparently already looked into it on the inspection. Would not recommend you buy from these crooks. Also tried to sell truck through monthly payments instead of the asking price. They will try to get your money anyway they can. I won’t buy a RAM, dodge, or any brand they sell.

Easy to get an appointment and only waited 1 day to get serviced. Service writer was pleasant, knowledgeable, and listened carefully to each issue, accurately described them in paperwork, and car was ready when promised, although 1 issue of squealing when starting for some reason couldn’t be reproduced and solved. However, it will be some time before I return to this facility for any service - this despite it being our third Durango serviced here. As a Paramedic and ER nurse that regularly sees people sickened, dying, or dead from Covid-19 wearing a mask is a simple, effective way tto help prevent spread of the virus, yet when I returned to pick up my car in the afternoon, not a single employee in the sales room or service bays was wearing a mask.. Nothing - and certainly not having your car fixed is worth catching a deadly virus. Thousands of EMTs, Firefighters,Paramedics, nurses, doctors, and law enforcement throughout the triangle who see the results of this virus every day would agree. Let me know when you you get your program back up to the standards we’ve enjoyed there for last 11 years since our first Durango, and I’ll come back and see if we can’t figure out whats causing the belt squeal when starting.

Took car there for repairs was assigned Joe as my tech. He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. Joe kept me updated the whole time. Overall I'm pleased with the service and staff.
