I just purchased a new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from Capital. They offered an extremely competitive price on the new purchase and my trade-in, all over the phone. When I arrived the following day, all the paperwork was as we discussed and I was in and out quickly. Professional team with great prices.

Guy Miggins was very sweet, patient, and informative with us. Our experience was very fun and laid back. We didn't feel pressured or rushed! This is our first time purchasing a new car and I can only hope Guy is still working there when we buy again, because he is the only one we will purchase from! My first time purchasing a vehicle, I am 21 years old and every place that I previously went refused my request to purchase a vehicle . From the first moment I put in an inquiry for a Toyota Corolla at Capital in Garner, NC , isaac followed up very promptly and asked me to come in to test drive. I had some complications with my finances, Isaac and Steve were very patient and committed to helping me. Isaac offered to return my rental, this showed me that he was not only committed to his job of making sales but he was also committed to taking care of the customers every need so they may leave happy. Both Todd and Rodney made our purchase a breeze. Both of them have superior customer service, they are both thorough, and they both are easy to communicate with especially if you have any questions or concerns. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when sales people are pushy and finance people push added extras, but both of these guys made buying easy and were okay with our purchase (even though it wasn't the most expensive and we didn't buy all the extras).

I contacted Randy through email and got the response very quickly and in detail not only about the vehicle's function, history and every detailed information about the car, but also the clearly stated price. And when I went to the company, Tracey Swann was the sales representative who helped me finding my ideal car. He is a patient guy who has a great sense of responsibility. We traveled 2 hrs from Swansboro to the dealership to look at a vehicle. From start to finish it was a no-hassle, professional transaction. Our salesman Michael was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and went out of his way to help complete the transaction and we were on our way home with our new vehicle later that day. We did have an issue with a check engine light that Mike in Service promptly addressed the following week, even gave us a loaner vehicle. I contacted 3 dealerships in the area using the online contact forms. Michael from Capital CJD contacted me first and was incredibly helpful right out of the gate. He answered all of my questions (which I had a ton of!) and he made an awesome personalized video giving me a tour of the Jeep I was interested in. I couldn't come out that day to see it in person so he offered to have Randy drive the Jeep to me to make things more convenient. I didn't once feel pushed or like I was being taken advantage of. Not to mention they found me the perfect Jeep that fit all of my wants and needs. When we arrived at Capital CJD we were immediately greeted by Randy and the Jeep was already detailed and fueled. The monthly payment was exactly what Michael said it would be and the process was a breeze!
