Apple Ford Apple Valley

I brought a car for $23,000 from Bloomington Lincoln in Bloomington MN and i experienced service issues with the car. Bloomington dealership said that they had done the repair but I was still having the same issue and the dealer refused to do anything else about it. I took it to Apple Valley Ford for a second open. I worked with a service representative name" Cole". He was so upset because of the shape of the car and not even knowing I had already had contacted the other dealer, he called the other dealership to advocate for me. Although it didn't help, I appreciate him for the effort, He even told me that if they didn't resolve the issue to come back to him and he would talk to his manager to see what they could do to help me. I have never met someone that showed so much empathy for a customer especially one that didn't buy the car from his dealership. The next time I chose to buy a car, I will deal with Apple Valley Ford directly. I recommend them to anyone.

They are helpful and insightful - listening first to what you need and then offering the best options. They put the customer's needs first and provide every detail up front. Kyle Buro has helped us with the last two cars and we couldn't speak more highly of him! He is attentive, patient, and answers every single question we have. We leased the 2015 Ford Focus and it's been great!! Overall, highly recommend this location!
