Great service!

I cam to get some recals done on my 2013 Lincoln MKZ and originally just wanted to get my key glued because the chrome was coming off. How every Brian in service was fantastic. He was able to ware tee my key, did it fast, and was great with communication!

Battery Transplant

Brought our 2011 Focus into Quicklane for a battery transplant. According to the guy who gave me a jump the night before, when it unexpectedly died, this is something four-year-old Focus batteries are prone to. Battery was installed quickly -- faster than expected, and the tech was thoughtful enough to reset the clock, which I appreciated. Nicely done, guys.

Awesome Service

Great service, friendly people. I love my new 2015 Ford Fusion! Everyone worked hard to find me the car I wanted it the right color!

Good service

It would be nice to have a quicker oil change. Depending on the time of day will depend on how quickly you are in and out.

Fast, Quality Service with no appointment!

The Quick Lane is very convenient because you don't have to make an appointment. I live 30 miles away. but for me, it is worth the drive because I can just drive in and know that I will get fast, quality service from people who care about getting the job done right.

Unbelievably comfortable experience.

I have never purchased a car buy myself before and was very nervous about making sure I made the right decision for my budget and was apprehensive about doing a trade-in, etc. I had been to a few other dealerships and felt uncomfortable with the "sales pitches". When I went to Apple Valley Ford Ken Williams casually asked if I had any questions. I shared with him my nervousness with what made the most sense for my budget. He provided an array of information and different options that might fit my needs. The experience from start to finish was so comfortable and informative. The finance managers at Apple Valley Ford were also very knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured at any time during my buying process. Thank you Ken and staff at Apple Valley Ford for the great experience.

Great buying experience

We purchased a used Ford Escape and it was a GREAT experience. It was suggested to check out your inventory by our daughter. No pressure to buy. I know we would use them again.

Exceptionally Comfortable Experience

Being nervous about buying a car by myself, I was very apprehensive about purchasing the right thing for the right price, to fit in my budget. I was also not too excited about the whole "salesperson experience". So when Ken Williams casually asked me if I had any questions and answered my concerns and gave me lots of options, I was put at ease immediately. I was absolutely comfortable throughout my entire experience of buying a car. The Ford Fusion is an amazing car and I am confident that I made the right decision.
