We are disappointed.
We are disappointed. On the test drive, the engine had a distinct misfire. We figured it was an easy fix. If not, they would honor their warranty. We discovered it needed an engine rebuild or another engine. That would cost us more than we paid for the car. They refused to take the car back. They claim that they have a 7-day warranty, but they don't always honor it.

If I could give zero stars for this dealership, I would.
If I could give zero stars for this dealership, I would. Long story short, they convinced us to sign for a car that they assured us could tow 5,000 and then my wife did some digging and found out it could only tow 3,000. Getting a new car with a higher towing capacity than 3,500 was the only reason we were getting a new car in the first place. So we had to cancel the funds for that car and begin looking for another option for our family. They immediately had another car we could buy that was in our price range and what we were looking for so we went for it. One month later the car is making noise when making turns and it was still under the 90 day 3,000 mile blue certified warranty so by the time we get the car in we’ve had it 2.5 months and the right headlight is now no longer working as well. Once they get the car they proceed to tell us all 4 brakes and rotors on the car needs to be replaced and so does the headlight and the electrical pigtail. Which the total cost for all of this is $5,044. Had they actually done the 139 point inspection they claimed they did they would have found these most basic of things. They proceed to tell us they won’t cover anything and to have a good day. We finally had to argue with the sales manager and he agreed to make us pay only $1,300 for the headlight instead of $4,000 (which I still can’t afford) and won’t touch the breaks because that’s normal wear and tear. Which over 2.5 months it’s impossible to go through 4 breaks. I will never go back to this dealership and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows how awful of an experience this was.

Starting off, the sale of the vehicle was very smooth.
Starting off, the sale of the vehicle was very smooth. I bought a 2020 Explorer and traded in my 2015 Explorer. Everything worked well for the first month then I started having issues with the car dying and failing to start. Brought vehicle in 3 times and they couldn't find anything wrong. I was out of town when SUV started but 8 lost power steering and other features. I tried to shut engine off but it wouldn't shut off. I had it towed into the dealership since they have worked on it in the past. They diagnosed a bad battery, battery was only 2 years old! I told them it wasn't the battery and they argued that it was. I asked to keep the battery and the mechanic put my old battery on my leather seat! My whole tailgate was empty! I took the battery to O'Reilly's and auto zone, they both tested it good and dealership kept saying it was bad. 2 months later, I was driving through a carwash and the system malfunctioned again! I had no control over my horn, lights, power steering. It took me 2 minutes to figure out that I was missing my fuse box cover! The fuses were all corroded and full of debris. I called the dealer and they were going to charge me $400-600 for a replacement if the fuse box. I've already paid for a new battery that I didn't need. And I was very disappointed they wouldn't work with me on it. I called the service advisor, leaf a message and have not heard back. I called the GM and he has not replied either. I got a fuse box and replaced it my self. Took me 20 min. Fuse box was $359 plus the cover. I'm very disappointed and won't take my vehicle there again. Till this day.... The old battery has worked in my GF car without a single issue. For a dealership, you'd think the mechanics would look over everything but apparently they just read what their computer tells them.

Recently I was in a bind and really needed assistance
Recently I was in a bind and really needed assistance with limited time to resolve. Toby Hewitt knocked it out of the park! He problem solved and executed a solution with time to spare. He could have easily found excuses but instead he delivered solutions!! The complexity and timing of this service was superb!
