The salesman, Corey Minion, was excellent. Corey made the car buying experience enjoyable and was patient during the entire process.

We had a wonderful salesman, David, who we enjoyed working with. However, the buying process was very disappointing. We ordered a new truck in July and got word is was completed on September 18. Between September 18 and December 27 were notified four to five different times that it was coming, but it never arrived. We met with two different members of leadership at Apple Valley Ford and received several different excuses. First, we were told that it was a transportation issue- Ford didn't have contractors who could reliably ship the truck. Next, we were told that it was being held because there was an engine block issue that needed to be inspected. One manager told us it was in Kansas City. Another told us was in Michigan. It was amazing to us that there seemed to be no communication between Apple Valley Ford and Ford corporate- or we were being strung along. Either way, we assumed it would never arrive and we started looking for a different vehicle. It was especially irritating to us that we had to put money into an old vehicle that were driving while we were waiting for our truck. The truck finally arrived on December 27 and so far so good. We did really enjoy working with our salesman, David, who we thought was excellent.

We have purchased the last 8 vehicles from this dealership and have always been very satisfied with not only the purchase, but the service we receive after purchase as well. They are always pleasant to work with, are very efficient, and provide great communication.

Damon Bates - Was not a Car Saleman but a Car Consultant. He knew the competition in the PHEV SUV Sector and really helped me find the right vehicle and the best deal with no high pressure head games. Damon lived up to Apple Ford's vision to provide the best help in finding the best vehicle to meet my needs. Damon and the Dealership so far have been very good. Even if this was a different brand! Damon let me know the other PHEVs and recommended that we test drive them before making a decision! That sold me because Damon knew the competition and really wanted us to make the best decision! Really great experience doing a primarlily virtual purchase. Sales person Joe Ryan handheld me through the process which was incredibly efficient and painless.

Great experience all around. Out of state buyer so most of my initial work was online/over text. Knowledgeable salespeople who had me in and out and not wasting entire day sitting on the sales floor.

Outstanding overall. They were fair and upfront across the entire deal, but they don’t allow unaccompanied test drives. That’s normal for large dealers, though. They stood behind the truck after purchase when I noticed some minor damage that wasn’t caught during PDI. They are a “One Price” dealer that doesn’t haggle pricing, but their listed prices were below market average, and they sell without any surprise fees. Damon Bates is a great person to work with.
