They lost my car?!
I went in for a tire replacement. They quoted a two-hour turnaround time, so I decided to wait in their waiting area. The area has comfortable chairs, a TV, free wifi, and free popcorn and coffee. That is nice. What was not so nice was my actual service. Around three hours in, I went to the desk to check in on my car. Come to find out, they lost it?! Not only were they not working on it for the three hours I sat and waited, but if I hadn't followed up they wouldn't even notice it was gone. They were unable to locate my vehicle?! Eventually, they located my car and began work on it. When all was said and done this ordeal took eight hours. I can get over an honest mistake, but the part that made me most upset was that at no time during this process did anyone apologize to me. They did reluctantly offer me a car ride so I no longer had to wait at the repair shop, so that was better than nothing. However, the whole ordeal really put a sour taste in my mouth.

I bought my 2021 Ford Edge in December 2021.
I bought my 2021 Ford Edge in December 2021.. It had a touch screen where it would go blank. They did nothing for almost a year til I finally got on them to get something done. Twice they called me and said the car was repaired which it wasn't so we had to wait around over an hour each time while they got us a new loaner vehicle. Finally they had to call in a specialist from Dearborn Michigan to resolve the matter. In all fairness I worked with Jake Tetrick and Jake was good but the rest of the service department obviously had their wires crossed. It took 13 months to resolve this problem which is pathetic.

Everybody at the dealership from Mark in sales, Max in finance and the GSM Corey were amazing! Extremely friendly and helpful. Will for sure be sending friends and family their way.
