Praise for Apple Ford Service Department - Tyler

Tyler was fantastic and knowledgeable. Came in for oil change and there was no waiting with helpful service rep and technician. Tyler also took time to give me a price on new tires.

Buying my first bronco

We have previously bought our Ford F150 from this dealership and had an Amazing time with Matt so when I decided to trade in my car we came back here. Jordan was our Sales guy this time around and he was amazing. He was patient and answered all my questions no matter how dumb they were. I was determined to get a bronco and he let me take my time and really helped with some uncomfortable situations near the end that I greatly appreciated. I know we will definitely be coming back here for any future trades or buys.

Don't Trust Them

Horrible experience. Dealt with Andrea who advised she was the sales manager. Be very careful with dealing with Andrea. Very dishonest. Had a Friday 9AM appointment lined up to look at a van. Set this up on a Thurs through dealership website's live chat. She called and said she cancelled that and the earliest I could come look at this van is on Monday at 12pm. Wife and I both took the day off work Monday and was on our 4 hour drive to dealership. She texted me at 7:30 while in route and said she sold the van on Saturday. I called immediately and she then advised I could have come up at any time to come look at it. I told her if this was the case, then why cancel my Friday 9AM appointment. No response to this. Kept saying that was not the case. Expressed displeasure on waiting to notify me until Monday when she sold the van on a Saturday. She would not answer this and went back to saying I should have came up to look at it. Seeing this is pointless and she was remorseless, I advised her on my thoughts and ended the call. Sorry for the long rant but I figured I would explain the situation, rather than just saying Andrea is a complete liar. I would give her 0 stars if possible. guessing she sold the van to a friend and cared less than to atleast tell me on Saturday when I could have been looking at similar vans at other dealerships. But that's not how she operates apparently.
