I JUST GOT A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. I LEFT MY CAR AND CAME BACK AND IT WAS READY.

I dropped my car off and had several items repaired. My car was ready to be picked up within two days. The service center called me within 24 hours to let me know what was going on. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. I am a happy customer.

The staff and crew at the service department went above and beyond to make sure that I had an enjoyable experience while my Sorento was getting serviced. They made sure I was comfortable and even gave complimentary snacks while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced.

So today I was determined to look for a car and Browsed Online And Found Battleground Kia. I called Rick and Scheduled an appointment with him. I went home to my boyfriend and We talked and finally decided to go check out the dealership. We arrive and are greeted by a salesperson she was nice and hurried to get Rick. Sadly he was already in a meeting but he introduced us to another salesperson named SAMs Williams And He Helped us Pick out a Nice Car To See If We Would Get Approved and Sadly The First Round Didn't Work So We Switched To Try And Do A First Time Buyers Program . They couldn't find the keys to move the car in front and behind the original Car So they discussed a little bit more and finally came back and shook our hands and said "congratulations" ... And we got the car we wanted . Bottom line is is that my BF has a credit score of 580 and already buying another car from another dealer and we have been looking for 3 months and no luck and SAMs and the manager also let us leave the lot with no down payment and since today was Sunday the insurance company wasn't open . So they gave us 72 hours to get it which we only needed till the morning but it was an all around BLESSING . Thank YOU BATTLEGROUND KIA ???????????????

I was able to work with Ariel at the KIA dealership o Battleground, Greensboro, N. C.. This was the first time I had purchased a car. I am 60 years old. Ariel was so nice and helped me to really understand the process. She worked with a smile on her face. She cared about my needs. Because I am not very computer savvy. So my son looked for the car online. When he found what I wanted, He contacted Ariel. She was able to start the paper work with me over the phone. I was not able to meet with her until that Saturday. When I arrived She was able to go over the paper work with me. I was suppose to meet with her at 9 o"clock that morning. I was running late. She was concerned enough to call and make sure everything was alright. Ariel is a great asset to KIA. If you are going to get a car from KIA and want an outstanding experience work with Ariel.
