Bait and switch- Misleading ad

They put out prices that you can't get the car for or wouldn't want whatever basics are missing. Price is 5k higher! Manipulative practices have them blurting scripts such as "Free oil change" which is manipulation to use their high price service or voids the condition longer term warrenty-- yeah you pay 1000 more than need be and after 10 years get some minimal coverage (they probably dodge the crum bs covered)

Great place for buying a car

From the time I talked with him on the phone I got outstanding customer service. Patrick was easy to work with and very informative. Nica was great in getting me started with Patrick. What a great staff!!!!!. Thanks for making the experience pleasant and easy for my husband and myself.

New truck purchase – experience!

After much research, Battleground Kia was the one dealership that exceeded and beat the competition hands-down on the F-150 i purchased. These sales associate who guided me & helped me with my truck purchase at the store was named (Bradford). Definitely enjoyed working with him because of his excellent personality and enthusiasm for the truck I was wanting, his focus on what I was wanting in particular, & most importantly his ability to establish rapport easily and put people “at ease” in their presence. My experience with Bradford & the team at Battleground Kia in Greensboro was great and I would highly recommend anybody to get there for their next vehicle purchase! Brent

Great Place to Buy a Car!

THANK YOU !!! Joe Swaringen Jr for helping me with the purchase of my new 2016 Kia Sorento! I was very impressed with Joe's knowledge and guidance to all the new features and functions of the car. I really appreciated the time he took to setup "the computer stuff" on the instrument panel (would have taken me forever) and was so nice to call a few days later to see if I was still satisfied with the Sorento and if I had any questions.This has been the best car buying experience .... everyone was very friendly and professional. They were able to work with me toward an affordable price so that I am now enjoying a new and wonderful car. I will definitely recommend this dealership! Thank you Joe! and Battleground Kia!

Integrity Matters

I decided to go to Battleground Kia because of the all the very good reviews. I assumed the 4 star rating meant they must be a top-notch dealership, a place I would leave not feeling slimy, gross, and above all, disrespected. I was wrong. I left feeling all three, slimy, gross, and disrespected. I went to Battleground to trade-in my car and purchase a vehicle from them. I spent two hours Friday evening walking the lot with my salesman and test driving cars to find the right fit. I told him a huge piece of me buying a car from them would be based on their value for my trade. After test driving a few cars we sat down to talk numbers about the vehicles we drove and about my trade. I was given a trade in value of $14,500. I was happy with that but it was 8:50pm at this time(the dealer closed at 9pm). I asked my salesman if these numbers would hold until the next morning. I told him if they did, I would be purchasing a car from him. I wanted to go home and speak with my fiancee before signing all the final papers. He said yes AND he SIGNED the guest information/trade-in sheet confirming that nothing would change. I would not be as upset if the salesman had not conferred with his sales manager, Steve Shoffner, before saying YES and SIGNING his name as a "promise" that nothing would change. I showed up at 9:15am on Saturday morning with my fiancee, as I promised him I would do. We walked in with every intention of purchasing a vehicle. I showed my fiancee the cars we were considering with the same salesman, she had the opportunity to test drive them and then we went in to talk numbers. Apparently his sales manager, same guy, Steve Shoffner flopped on the value of the trade by $500. I was in disbelief, I had the paper in my hand with my salesman's signature on it and the "promise" that the value of the trade would not change. I showed the salesman the paper he signed the night before and he said I know, I asked him if Steve Shoffner knew, he said he did. So of course, we had to leave. I still have the paper and wish that google would let me upload a copy of it as an attachment. On their website it says one of their values is "integrity." If you are looking for a dealership with integrity this is not the place for you. Do not waste your time here with people who do not have the decency to remain true to their promises, or their signatures. If this is how they treat people when they want them to buy a car, I can only imagine what it must be like coming back in for a service. Do yourself a favor--go elsewhere, find a dealership that respects its customers and has integrity.

5 star service

I went to battleground Kia to ask a question about my 2010 Kia and drove off two hours later with a certified Kia Forte koup. Love this car, very sporty. Garry Patterson was my salesperson and was so helpful through the whole process. Took care of me fast and had me riding out satisfied. Hope this guy gets a vacation for his great job. I give him 5 stars and Battleground Kia 5 stars, great job guys.

Since 2005 I have bought 5 kia's. 3 were Sedona's. Chance Hunt was my sales person, he spent a lot of time making sure the details I wanted were there. All the deals were very good and fair, no drama. The service department is very quick and through.

Excellent Customer Service

Just bought my Kia Sorento from Battleground Kia in Greensboro, NC. My Sales person was Chance Hunt... in all the years I have been buying cars or trucks, Chance is by far the best salesman I have ever had. His knowledge of any car on the lot is exceptional and his follow up with you is superb.
